Hektikk management surely would have know for some time that CR was needed to drill SJ. CR should have been at higher price and as said before record date should have been date of TH announcement so the amount could have been raised by existing loyal holders at discount price.

Also wonder when IPO will be should have been Jan 2012! Management please don't keep us in the dark and tell us exactly why there is a delay, what the real chance is it will happen en when they believe it will happen .

Please Frank a short clear announcement in relation to Laos and IPO would be appreciated.
