wrxsti, where did you get the information from on who is buying? Have any of these companies released a report on the stock to their clients or just loading up first?

Accumulation has been going on for about 3 weeks now in the 7.5 to 9 cent range (mostly 8 to 8.5) - I expected a bit of weakness (was hoping for one final shakeout at this level) based on people wanting to take capital gains after June 30 to defer tax for another year but seems to be holding up surprisingly well - as if someone knows something (apart from the obvious)?

Needs to break through this range on volume of 10 million plus imo to be off and running. Got a sell signal on the short term daily charts a few days ago but is a fraction off a buy signal again on the weekly chart. If it can break 8.8 on volume it will be the first time that the weekly MACD has been positive since Christmas - traders eyes are on it at this level.
