Both companies have excellent technology. These are the jewels. This is a very tough global market to be successful in and both MSP and FFT have been, punching above their weight as Aussie battlers. Just look at the customer lists for both, as blue chip as it gets in the security space - and given the nature of the industry they can't disclose their most impressive installations. Should there be more revenues and profits and a higher share price? YES! Will that happen after the merger? YES! Will that happen without the merger? MAYBE...but also maybe MSP runs out of cash and we are back to the 1-2 cent level we've been in for so many years. Or worse.
