You are clearly irate about what you consider a lowball offer. The reality is AVA is the sexy part of this business,  even when merged.  Consider this.  If/ when the deal is done,  AVA will be enabled to fly into uncharted territory.  It is held back currently.

If you honestly think 4/5/6 cents per MSP share is the end game you are not thinking this through. There is no impasse.  Let the management steer this into the brave new world and your current aspirations will be in your review mirror very quickly.

This fully enabled NewCo will be unrecognisable from the current itchy and scratchy up a little,  down a little small-town pup.

If you don't believe in the management buy something else buddy.
