many more questions than answers at this point.
One thing for certain imo is that anyone looking for quick $$$ is gunna be disappointed by the bce plays for now. All this is gunna be years in the making. You'd think the Vic Gov would be in more of a hurry to get this off (or out of) the ground. Maybe if it wasn't for 'Crown' revenue they would be. There you go people, blame JP for the delay in our get rich quicker schemes.
