Every stock gets diluted in case you haven't noticed - unless they are a top 200, and even these do capital raisings.
ESI will get re-rated once Monash becomes the CSI and puts on the table their offer re the SPV. For the past 8 months we have been anticipating this milestone and yet we are still waiting. Do you blame us in thinking this way based on the announcements and promises?
The ALDP shortlist announcement in isolation wasn't going to move the share price, but combine it with the Monash announcement (when it happens) don't you think there will be a spike, and possibly breach 2c? Particularly if the placement is done at 2c.
ECT has also indicated they will be trying to secure more partners in the first quarter only when they get shortlisted. Well now that we have, don't you think it could be an interesting first quarter?
All this depends on Monash. Without Monash we ate stuffed. Will Monash we will become a serious stock.
So don't be surprised if ESI is valued 5c+ in a couple months.
