But I would doubt it.
They are ridiculously anal about conflict of interest and confidentiality. There will be a external lawyer at all meetings ensuring that anti-corruption measures are adhered to and commercial-in-confidence information is not shared.
Shortlists are not released (I think) to prevent mudslinging (why did A get shortlisted and not us?).
AGL have a vested interested, so would be excluded I would think. The experts will be independent, as far as that notion exists within the tiny technocratic worlds of some industries.
But every funding program is different.
