The team, or what's left of it that is not the Chairman or related to the Chairman, needs to certainly get on with it. If one compares the recent accounts - the first for over a year - with those that went before, there has been a massive dimunition in value.
Has anyone finally established what Eric spent to drill the last few holes? Each well was reportedly very very expensive and the JV partners were not pleased. Eric does have a tendency to get up the nose, or attempt to dud, any JV participant.
Some guys in the Canning took him on last year and won a settlement after he spent nearly a million fighting them - see the accounts. It is understood they were next going to attack the tax rulings the demerger obtained, and which were being criticised within the tax profession, which would have had all sorts of ramifications.
