If there was an issue with KAB, then- an AUSTRAC style notice...

If there was an issue with KAB, then
- an AUSTRAC style notice would have been issued an published with ISX as the subject matter, just like AUstrac did with Paypal and Afterpay recently
-ASIC would already have had access to it, and passed it to ASX. No doubt ASX would ask why ISX hadnt posted such a notice

Given there is no such notice posted anywhere, then its safe to say that ....there isnt one

So lets put that to bed.

If there is one, it will be made public by the regulator, ISX and likely ASX as well.
