Sorry for the delayed response Danny.

ASX code RFF- Rural Funds Group and the 'shorters' report was from Bonitas (USA). Past few weeks' timeframe refers to AFR's recent reporting of the issue which has been ongoing with RFF seeking legal recourse. Bonitas is an overseas company. Not sure what reach ASIC/ASX or the Australian courts will have.

You can google search SMH/AFR (9EC online) to obtain their published articles re RFF.
The Australian newspaper certainly reports the issue/s differently and without the personal opinionated misleading sensationalism that we now have come to expect from AFR, SMH, The Age journalists.

In The Australian newspaper, articles re RFF did/do mention RFF are asking for Bonitas (USA) to be prosecuted etc etc and the problems with prosecuting internationally. RFF is agriculturally based.

For ISX---- OM and 9EC are not international 'others' and ISX's business model and growth is entirely different (based on financial transactions/services etc).

Haven't followed the RFF item since ISX became subject to a 'similar shorting/selling attack' from OM and others.

Just noticed a few minutes ago, UBS (which UBS entity?) has put out a highly discounted SP sell on APT. Not sure why. Haven't read it yet.
