My comment:
There was an announcement from JK ISX via ASX – re an investigation into rumour and innuendo – 7 October 2019. Excerpt is the last screenshot below.

A thought to consider in relation to Jshapiro AFR, Ckruger SMH, OMatters and/or all or some/or many other HC trawlers and HC trollers – or other ‘damaging/malicious’ parties (IDs, motives unknown at this stage).

There has been a large volume of online-published-substandard research which is lacking veracity, integrity and a ‘duty of reporting care and/or ethics’ which may or may not be due to the sourcing of and repeating unsubstantiated information contained on twitter and/or other social media sites);

* by journalists - and/or other parties undertaking little or no credible research - who have not sought verification or validation of 'unreliable' information prior to publishing and/or accusing;

* could have led some journalists and/or other parties to ‘erroneously’ and/or ‘maliciously’ claim in defence of their spurious actions to lawyers, or ASIC or ASX that ISX was dealing in cryptocurrencies and ICOs.

AS EXAMPLE only: Kinetic International – a HotCopper discussion thread from March 2019. A wildcard google search on the letters ISX lists a Puerto Rican company, Kinetic International which has named their own inhouse trading platform by the same acronym ISX, which is not related to the ASX listed ISX company.

Perhaps some did not understand or care to verify that Kinetic International’s ISX platform is not related to ISX-the ASX listed company. Kinetic International has named their own platform/exchange ISX which is not ISX, the ASX listed company. We know Kinetic and (ASX listed) ISX are not related.

That is, Kinetic International have created their own exchange – regrettably it is called ISX exchange. It is based in Puerto Rico, the founder an ex derivatives dealer. What was Shapiro’s pre-AFR background?? There have been a few HC posts in relation to JS's pre- AFR background.

ISX – ASX listed company announcement – 7 October 2019 (CLEAR UP RUMOUR and INNUENDO surrounding ISX). This being the ISX ASX listed company and nothing to do with the Kinetic ISX platform based in Puerto Rico (established by an ex derivatives trader).

As for JShapiro’s AFR motives for his attack on ISX, the ASX listed company….they are becoming increasingly more transparent 'as time goes by'.
