I really couldn't understand what you are after or what is your mission here, but we would be happy if you could speak clearly. In the current situation (from your posts) you are looking someone who is trying to push your stick into our nest.

I recommend you to go back and read what we have discussed here, and then you might understand much better what we are after. We have discussed the issues and created a truck load of information and documents.

As far as I understand that you are saying to us we can't achieve anything and we should shut up. (I am straight forward person don't like to twist the things. Other people here know me. Sorry we don't know you.)

You said on the other thread "this is one very interesting thread. One can tell there's a few disgruntled shareholders (Hotcopper members)."

What an amateur comment here! No, this is not only about the HC members. HC is only a platform for us. Same for Radioactive. You can see I am representing 9 people. I also received couple of emails directly from people who are not member of HC and some are HC members who never posted on HC. They all wanted me to represent them. (I don't accept to represent anyone in this process if I don't know the guys personally. Please don't send me any emails for this process.)

Just couple of answers to your questions; (then you can go to 18 months back and read all threads. Then you will have a good idea.)

You said "speaking of which "how are 1% of the shareholder register going to get things changed..????"

I only have nearly 1% as anatol and family accounts.

Another poster who is criticising and talking against the management here has more 1%.

Another poster who is silent now but supporting us has more than 1%.

Another poster, radioactive represents more than 1% of the shareholders.

Some shareholders from the top 20 are already aware of the situation and we couldn't reveal here if we have contacted them or not as those people don't want us to reveal that. Those type of conversations at that level is always confidential.

Also, read Buccaneer post on the other thread. He also answered your post while answering Quackie_1's.

"Regardless of price; one should be able to invest with a reasonable degree of confidence that one's investment is being governed by a board that is not only competent, but acting in the best interests of all shareholders."

The crowd here should show you that as NSE shareholders we have come to a point that we can no longer believe that our investment is being governed by a board who is competent and acting in the best interests of all shareholders.

I hope this will helpful for you.
