Bergen investing $8m with a mutual agreement of another $4m.
With AUZ current mc at roughly $132m, if we just look at the 8m thats only roughly 6% of the mc. In my opinion not enough weight to control this stock.
Obviously the news was not received well and that shows with the decline in sp.
At this current price bracket, with imminent news around the corner and medium to long term investors who sold (following the trend) who are sure to re-enter at these prices, I for one won't be sitting and watching from the sidelines.
With 50m traded for the day and up on open, I like many others believe this is at or near the bottom.
