Well said. How about some basic forward calculations with respect to increased revenues? Here’s my basic attempt..
Swf are currently increasing active customers by 10000 per quarter so that’s 40000 p.a. Each quarter there is about 4 trades per customer but I’m assuming three as this metric is slowly declining with time. So that’s 12 trades per annum.
We have 40000 X 12 X 9.5 (cost per trade) which is $4.5M in revenue. Not bad as this will counteract the increase spend on staff and advertising. As others have stated there is more revenue upside if interest rates start increasing. There’s no need to cut fees per trade when there’s additional and significant numbers of people going to Swf. So the revenue picture is looking bright.

Cp-dog, According to your calculation SWF lost 63 clients when I left for Stake because I did 760 trades on SWF last financial year.
