    I guess my concerns are around the actual ratio, eg.
    If US AJX decide to list @$4 and ASX AJX is at $1 then a ratio of 3 or 4 :1 makes sense. However if US AJX Lists the $4 and ASX AJX has fallen to say .50 the ratio is then around 8:1.. So my question is who decides the Ratio? How? When? etc
