who's selling? who's buying? directors?

Since 10th Aug, when 3 directors resigned & the new director was appointed, noticeable selling has occurred (around 8.5Million shares). It seems one/more of the resigning directors is selling? If so, are they selling because they need cash? Or, don't have faith in the company? Maybe both? Yes, it could be other shareholders totally disappointed with the lack of positive results to date.

Of the current directors, the newly appointed director has 650,667 shares (which assume he would have paid far more than the current price), the CEO has 1Million shares (the last purchase was at over 8cents), and the Chairman has 2.5Million shares which were given at an AGM. None of them really have any real skin in the game.

If the current directors truly believe in the business, which means the current price is ridiculously low, they can easily provide all shareholders with the confidence that it is worth holding MOT shares by buying shares (if Directors buy, the transaction must be disclosed via an ASX announcement).

Directors, prove to all shareholders that MOT shares are worth hanging onto by buying shares at these supposedly low prices.

    All IMHO
