All - the company stated that they have access of (up to) $5m via convertible notes. If $100k (equal to 100m shares at .001) have been issued (as per Byron's update from company) that leaves $4.9m left to access.
The offer price can't be lower than .001 so let's use that as the issue price.
That means that if AWD are access the remaining $4.9m, then they'll need to issue.... wait for it.... 4.9b shares. That's 4.9 billion shares.
IMO - there is no way out of this. The amount of issued capital will be way too high. Solution? Consolidation. Outcome? Further erosion of equity.
Unfortunately, it's too late to sell as there are no, and will not be, buyers.
