What exactly were you wanting as an answer?
I've never heard of vector vest but I highlighted for you their valuation method (from your post) and the PLS value they get with it so you can see their service is not suited to speculative stocks.
A good question would be "how do you value PLS?" and see if it aligns with their cookie cutter method.
Any of the beer and co reports (on PLS website or hotcopper threads) are good resources for showing how the potential value of a spec resource stock are determined.
