Rick, for explorers and future miners like PLS it is pretty much useless.
It is based entirely on actual and present day performance.
Some but limited value for blue chips and those that are actually mining now.
Like most of these programs they need to generalize and stick to rigid formats to cover a broad range of stocks.
You would be better to do the hard research and FA yourself. I could write a full page of questions and answers someone would expect in FA. For a company like PLS none of those mentioned in Vecto Vest would be relevant at this early stage. Nothing beats your own FA and there's really no short cut to that. Knowledge is king.
