I think your numbers are a bit out. 800mlbs of stockpiles with utilities and consumption of 175mlbs pa so only 4.5 years worth of stock piles. Rest with Russian and USA gov!
Considering most utilities like having at least 3 years supply they will have to start contracting again soon.
Bit like coking coal - prices will soar when we least expect it.
