you make a good point on one hand .... but on the other hand lock in a 3 to 5 year long term contract at $35 /lb and get financing straight away for restarting solvent extraction plant of $10mm plus building new IX plant of $58mm ! If first delivery was in 1 year then $35-$24 equals $11 margin on AIS cost or $35-$16 equals $19 operating margin.
2,000,000lb's x $19 is $38,000,000 operating profit (?tax minimal due to write down on original $170 mm plant). As uranium price hopefully trends higher then better deals can be struck. Maybe don't tie up 2,000,000lbs straight away.
