good question John.
My beef is why give special access to a si placement (which spooks the regular holders) if it is not implicit on the si to continue to support the stock? if they flog out on a bump then it just creates negativity.
That said the uranium price has been like a rollercoaster so maybe some of these guys have backed away from the secotr a little bit .... thinking it could be lower for longer!
Why be the only buyer at 6.5 cent or above when you can do it at 5 cents. just my thoughts.
