I sort of get that.... Keep the price down so they can pick up more shares in CR at 4.8 when entitlements are not taken up.....

But another part of me says... Isn't that cutting off your nose to spite your face? I mean.... Why sell at 4.5 to buy back at 4.8....??? Doesn't make sense to me......
