When you see deliberate and confusing words no wonder people are annoyed.
These are all from the same document "Notice of General Meeting" on the 18 December last year.
Here there is talk about a scoping study. Fair enough, as these agreements with Iscebi were made months before.
But whatever happened to the scoping study.
Now, here is the killer. Talk about keeping us deliberately ill-informed.
Notice how the first dot point talks about "inclusion in a Bankable Feasibility Study" or BFS
On the second dot point notice how the bonus is now given for a completion of a preliminary bankable feasibility study, otherwise known as a pre-feasibility study or PFS.
They haven't lied but they have come very close to not being honest about what we will get this year. Someone with more knowledge than me might want to comment on this.
So don't be surprised that all we have at the end of the year is a PFS and not a BFS. Surely if a scoping study had been completed they would have informed us.
