I think not...I have quized Etrade on this and they said no.

From what I understand, a conditional stop-loss order is not unlike an alert one might set on their computer for any other event...as such, these orders are in effect a type of elert.

Alerts are user specific, linked only to an individuals account.

The broker can see what they are...but only by checking everyones individual accounts.
