stocks are low as everyone is liquidating stocks to convert to cash to pay out debts.

a side effect of this is no spending in retail which hits the economy and will inrease unemployment.

next year will be the housing crash year, 30% decline in house price is almost a sure thing..

the bad debt that was created and lost with subprime you will see happen here on prime mortgages instead.. watch a insurance company or two need bailing out by the goverment next year as it starts paying out all the mortgage insurance claims to the banks.


blood will still be spilling on the floor of this debt bubble till late next year i would imagine..

its not till people start having cash in their pocket again that they will start buying up the stocks.

this aint no normal bear.. its a big one.. and he still has a lot more blood to soak up on his paws
