Down turn yes, but Property down 30% next year??! haha
In case you havent noticed the first home buyers has trippled and interest rates are dropping.
There is a lack of property near the major cities and supply is in short supply. Demand is only increasing (unless your talking about some place in woop-woop).
Governments are taking action and the economy will be stimulated again.
Sure there will be effects from the crisis but get a grip. Seriously.
