Thanks very much for your telephone call and subsequent post. NSL seem to have made an number of announcements over the last 6 months that with the benefit of hindsight proved to be way off the mark or somehow frustrated. Did you get a feel for why, or did you ask why the recent past with delays, retractions, postponments happened or won't be repeated, eg what steps have they taken to make sure the underpromise and overdeliver??
