So what is NSL paying Podar for if all these "issues" keep coming up? Thought they were experts in this sort of thing...

The contracted buy that was due back in January must be well and truly gone...No mention of new contracts or timelines.

Biggest concern is the SP is below the .20 post consolidation. The hype was consolidate to get the SP to .20 so the company could move forward. No ann on what is happing there either.

Too much of a gamble for me.
