There are up to 4.55 mill shares to be offered.
$5000/1.10=4545
4550000/4545=1001
That is, enough for 1001 full allocations.
There were 2176 shareholders when the 2005 Annual Report was published, there would be more now.
I wouldn't be doing any calculations on assumption of getting the full allocation!
