    Apparently he's buying IT stocks at the moment.

    Is the recently beefed up buy list a reflection of that or are punters finally looking at this dividend producing company with their "serious investing" hat on.

    Either way its cheap buying IMO and with the top 20 holding 73% of the tiny amount of issued capital, when this moves, safety goggles are required.
