    From what I hear, RTG is disputing the ability of Sage Capital to sell its shares to the Villar Group
    I think thats the point of the disagreement
    If RTG is indeed disputing the sale of the shares, that puts them squarely on the opposite side

    Thats why it would be interesting to hear what RTG has to say about this matter
