    Good or bad, I cant be certain

    I guess that depends on what happened when some visitors from Australia met some guys from Manila last week
    If that meeting came off on the right foot, this new news may be good
    If that meeting came off bad, this new news may be bad

    I am not privy to last weeks' rumored meeting
