Hopefully RTG execs had adequate time in their recent trip to meet Gloria Climico of Sage Capital and make more favourable restructuring arrangements. Possibly she had been in poor health leading up to her passing.
I imagine there will be a pause for several months. So it is unlikely for any start before the Fed Election. That’s depending on the tone of their recent meeting
