What I hear is that the tough-ass lady Judge in-charge of the rehab case may not look too kindly on the transfer of Mt Labo shares while the company is under rehab, as such transfers are specifically barred by the Stay Order It may be a source of the current exuberance But it may be one round in a host of other rounds And may just close the door to a potential deal with the Villars
My opinion is that the only lasting solution is a deal with the Villars Otherwise, its just a battle of legal attrition that will just drain RTG The Villars already own the local water utility in the province and fighting the entry of the Villars is really not a winning strategy On the, it appears its already an all-Villar team, if the reports are to be believed I cant provide any proof to all of this Just answering chefie's query Take with a huge grain of salt
