On the possible effects bigger picture, I guess it means that a different drummer will determine the schedule moving forward
The Villar group already has 1 nickel mine (Agata) and 1 gold mine (Zamboanga) operating at the moment
And they are already on the ground in the old Red 5 Siana Mine
Plus they are already planning Kingkng development

I guess the development of this project will have to fit somewhere in that sked
After all the legal issues are settled, and the corporate rehab is lifted and a new schedule is set
