obviously EZCORP felt that situation and long term value in CCV was no long there. I would also agree that 30 cents sounds about right. If you take the massive goodwill of 74 mn out of the valuation and add about 13 mn for next years earnings after taking out the dividend thats about 115.5 mn for the lot at end of next financial year.
