Announcements same day, director from the original crew sells stock sounds positive to me in that he may well be on his way out. At the same time they announce the AGM and an extra 10% ability to raise. This to me looks like the new crew that are responsible for the companies new elevated position are about to start completing what ever is in the wings. They have proved their ability to raise the funds and raise them from investors that hold the stock.....Long term thinkers!!!!!!!
