ahhhh young naive padawans, I distinctly remember a series of formidable walls that were put up on the road to 60c.
they stayed there for a while. allowed the stock to consolidate and build a head or steam before lowering the wall and raising another about 10-15c higher.
I suspect it may be the same holder.
or. as others have pointed out, someone trying to cap the price over "cheap" shares.
