Hard to summarize as there's lots of little gems of info, but essentially some of the individuals who track SLX closer than most (you know who you are) have been doing some serious research into which company the 'mystery partner' may be, including holding several talks with SLX directors. Not really my place to steal their news but the suggestion is that an announcement could be apprx 2-4 weeks away.
