    Hi fellow OMC holders. I hold OMC for quite some time now. I am a little confused as in the offer OmegaCorp has stated "Omegacorp has also agreed not to during the period of Denisons offer, initiate negotiations which may lead to a competing offer to the Denison offer" . Does this mean that no one else can make a counter offer? Thanks Guys
