In my experience the sort of stocks with >/~$2b projects that trade <$30m are the marginal iron ore, (previously) coal, possibly phosphates that are so thin with opex and so damn remote you need $1b in transport capex or impossible to get shared infrastructure deals. I don't think that's Alpha at all.

In the absence of firm project detail, slow project progress, a bunch of false starts, green madness in the media, and everyone predicting a 1929 style crash, they pilled in on the way up to crazy prices, and they've pilled out on the way down to crazy prices. Talk to Mark, understand the project. Fill your boots. Wait. Easy.
