So I found a similar example like our situation with RAM and also have been thinking who or what might be the significant buyer. These are my thoughts and are not advice.

On the 27 July 2012 Sirius resources made their initial and later that year Ram Resources ( now New World Resources) acquired an EL 20 k to the West of the Nova deposit. There SP went from 26/10/12 $1.35 to 1.80on 21/11/12.

Windward Resources had a large holding in the Fraser range and eventually got taken over after

IGO bought 14.1 million shares on market before the takeover was proposed before the deal was completed. Windward had circa 110 million shares. They had been trading around 11 cents and got bought out for 19 cents.

In my opinion there are not many companies that are outside the Tim Goyder group. Chalice along with DEV etc have most of the land. I think MAN is in a slightly unique position in that its close enough to attract some attention from other large parties especially if some juicy targets can be shown after further Geochem/Geotech work.

There are many others to look at ENT, RTR, LEG etc but I ran out of time.

So who knows we could get more of a re-rate and then get gobbled up…. Time will tell GLTA
