..There is one poster( i will not name any names) here who has been on a fear "campaign" (for whatever reason)speaking very negatively of SBL and the management and found to be misleading regarding costings.....whilst these postings were occuring SBL management were working on the takeover unbeknown to shareholders...
...Some holders MAY have listened to the ramblings and MAY have been persuaded to sell stock on the fear message at prices of 1.3 cents particularly as the fear message was bombaded here over a week ago at those levels........
...If the takeover progresses as i have suggested it MAY in a way similar to the LRC takeover,then those holders who sold based on posts founded to be false and misleading may have some legal recourse...
