The board have said the results of rgn1 will assist them in leveraging against infrastructure.....
Borrowing against something you have is far more palatable than having to sell your soul
out of necessity at exorbitant rates......
Also consider this.....Re farm-in partners....I too aren't happy we haven't got one yet
but in the same token I would prefer we weren't negotiating with them in a desperate state
but in a "take it or leave it" type scenario with us pulling the strings....
