Is CNE the one that's delaying the Report, working against FAR? Remember, we don't really know what's their role behind the COP/WPL deal.
At the Perth presentation recently Cath said that it was not CNE , Petrosen or FAR holding up the Evaluation report . At a guess then it must be WPL.
