Read Sanford Bernsteins latest report on oil outlook. The fact is if you have rights to oil and the price goes over $100 even if you dont sell one iota the price is going to go up.
The secret to all these developments of course is not to run out of money before the realisation comes into effect. Of course there will be more raises and bank loans in the future and its a spec buy but look at OSH sp way back when that started and look at where today - thats the potential. But also look at the time scale. Its along term proposition thats why you dont bet the house on it, maybe the holiday home at The Entrance but not the Rose Bay digs.
