RISC, FAR and I assume Petronas disagree with your view on the 3D.
Even if you completely disregard FAR and RISC I think its a pretty big call to say Petronas have no clue.....yet they are stumping up the cash and letting FAR operate. Sounds to me they have confidence in Samo-1 and confidence in FAR to get it done. DB
