Buy 21.7m sell 12.7.
I haven't seen this difference for a long time. What's more, this higher buy ratio has been around for a lot longer than previous cases too. I know a lot of these orders are stacked by the manipulators, but still, the fact that they can't seem to suppress it below 10c is a good sign.
