why $14m for the lot is no bargain

you have to look at a gold producer that's only worth $14m all up.Whose plant is running above capacity and getting good yields from its feed.
SHOULD BE THE BARGAIN OF THE CENTURY

    SO WHAT"S WRONG.

    ITS NOT THE PLANT.

ITS THE DESIRE TO MAKE THE PLANT LOOK GOOD.

Being PRODUCTION DRIVEN(throughput) and not YIELD(ore) DRIVEN.
    The tail wagging the dog.

In a nutshell,if you look at the pictures of the ore seams, they appear no bigger than the width of a standard truck in atleast one photo. So to a simpletons mind something the size of a bobcat is what's required to get it out at reasonable grams per ton WITHOUT DILUTION

Adds words like problems with OVERBLOWING,
    MINING ORE ON NIGHTSHIFT
and its plain to see what a cock-up of mining has been going on.I suspect, the resource has been diluted to hell,by overblowing, with using large diggers,or DUMPED AS WASTE,by nightmining with loaders trying to pick ore seams this fine(thin)from waste.

All the time the contractor being yelled at,we need more feed for the plant. So sloppyness does pay,or everyone looks the other way.

Maybe the need to look good at something and the decision to run at maximum capacity has clouded the sensible need for only needing ORE to go thru the plant.

What i can't understand,is if supergene ore is damp, why not stockpile,or spread it to dry, instead of mixing it with overburden to process as they have stated they have done,in the past squandering its economic value. How about mixing it with other ore-WOW they must do that elsewhere-surely

Too many people in control making their empire look good at the expense of the business,or MAYBE JUST ONE.It might work in BHP,but not in a marginal plant like this.Maybe the person to get rid of,is the person increasing thru-put.Trouble is,resident logic says technically he's the only one doing well.Unfortunately,to me that's been at the expense of the company as a whole.
THE FOCUS HAS BEEN IN THE WRONG PLACE.

Maybe thats the simple problem, however good this pit was,its been squandered by incompetence,or a power struggle and THE WINNER MAY NOT BE WORTH KEEPING,by the look of it,if he's going to make thru-put even higher at the expense of g/ton or profit,or ultimately the company.

I wouldn't touch this with a bargepole, while MR PLANT EFFICIENCY seems to call the shots. He's looking really good for his next job(now he's been promoted-the shining star)and shareholders know of his excellence in each new production report, while those same shareholders are looking at the gutter like a drunk ready to fall.

AND Mr MINING contractor, doesn't care either whether you just break even,as long as his plants humming away, clocking hours(especially night ones double billing for nix extra plant cost) and tons moved and enough dribbles in to pay him,he'll enjoy the ride while it lasts and stay mum, while he lines up his next employer,or ends up with enough owed to take over.

DYOR-make up your own mind-as they say,it's your money
